How Did Keeper Get Cat? (in Tokyo, 2012)
According to a survey which was conducted in 2011-2012 by Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Social Welfare and Public Health, half of cats started their pet life with "were found and picked up" or "came by themselves and settled" in Tokyo.
