People's Impression of Stray Cats in Tokyo
Many Tokyo residents have a negative impression of stray cats. According to Tokyo Metropolitan's survey in 2011-2012, 40 % of Tokyo residents think stray cats are problems. 20 % of residents think they want to touch the stray cat (but they do not touch the cat actually, I think).

Personally my answer is "Would like to touch". But cats ran away always.
