Consumer Price Index (2014 Jan.)
The table shows Consumer Price Index comparing to the same month of last year.
It means the price of a sample goods was 100 yen in 2013 January -> it was 101.4 yen in 2014 January.

Since 2011 3.11 earthquake nuclear stations were shut down, then Japan has been buying much fuel from other countries with high price. It causes rising prices.
