The following data show the number of flat (apartment) houses in Tokyo by story. Apartment houses in Tokyo are getting higher year by year.
I think it is a dangerous trend. Japan is a country of earthquakes. A big earthquake may crash tall buildings. Is it OK to build tall flats in Tokyo? I am doubtful.
