Every moring, a large number of employees (including myself) come from various places to Tokyo where their offices are located. A real-estate company Athome Inc. conducted a survey about workers' commuting time. The target person of the survey was a wage-worker who
- bought his/her house within recent 5 years
- has child(ren)
- lives in Tokyo or Kanagawa or Chiba or Saitama (Those are next to Tokyo)
and whose office is located in Tokyo.
According to the survey, the average commuting time was 58 minutes (one-way trip).
