My son is going to take Japan Kanji Aptitude Test in January. The test examines ability to read and write kanji (characters from ancient China), to understand their meanings and use them correctly in sentences, and to identify correct stroke order. It was developed for native Japanese speakers.
He will try to get the level 3. The test will be held at his school. The examination fee is 2500 yen ($20.33 €18.94) for level 3.
