My wife bought gloves for smart phones at a 100 yen shop. It cost 105 yen ($1.04 €0.75). You can see the red parts in the following photo. Red part conducts electricity and the smart phone can detect finger's electricity. So the user can operate his smart phone with the red finger in despite of wearing the gloves.
Currently my daughter uses them.
