Secondhand book, novel = 105 yen ($1.05 €0.81)

I bought a secondhand novel at a secondhand shop Book Off. It cost 105 yen ($1.05 €0.81). The original price was 1260 yen ($12.60 €9.69). Book Off is the biggest chain store of secondhand books. 105 yen (almost $1) is the cheapest price at Book Off. There are many $1 books at Book Off. 

This novel was written by Shin'ichi Hoshi who wrote tricky short stories. I like to read his stories.

He is best known for his "short-short" science fiction stories, often no more than three or four pages in length, of which he wrote over 1000. (Wikipedia)
