Bus fare from Tokyo to near Mt. Fuji = 2240 yen ($22.86 €17.50)
My wife went to the city near Mt. Fuji. She used a highway bus and its fare was 2240 yen ($22.86 €17.50). It was 2 hours and half ride. It takes much time than Bullet train (Shinkansen), but it is much cheaper (see next entry).
The bus has a toilet, so you do not have to worry about toilet issue during 2 hours ride.
A highway bus looks like the above.
