Changes in the Prices of Miso (Fermented Bean Paste) in Japan, 1970-2014

Miso is a traditional Japanese seasoning produced by fermenting soybeans with salt and fungi. Japanese people who live with the traditional way eat miso almost every day. 

Japanese government monitors the price of miso every month.

The following data show the changes in the price indexes of miso between 1970 and 2014, if the price in 2010 is taken as 100.
