Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications monitors the price of an electric iron monthly.
The data below show the changes in the price indexes of electric iron between 1970 and 2014, if the price in 2010 is taken as 100.
In terms of electric irons, the ministry adjusts the price index by "Hedonic price index" when they calculates the index. The following graph shows how much money you need, in order to get the same performance (same quality) electric iron between 1970 and 2014.
