I went to Tokyo Port Wild Birds Park (Tokyoko-yachou-kouen). Admission fee was 300 yen ($3.09 €2.36) for adults, no charge for elementary school kids. The area of the park used to be sea. In 1960s an artificial island was made and some part of island is reserved as a park and bird sanctuary. You can see migrating birds here.

Today's headline of Japan
Two university students drowned in Nojiri lake in Nagano prefecture. One man and one woman were members of a college club and came to Nojiri lake for a training camp. During the camp, members were playing club's traditional joke to jump into the lake. Unfortunately this time two members had not come back from under the water. Water was 5 celsius degree.
