Changes in the Prices of Tarako (Salted Cod Roe) in Japan, 1970-2014
Tarako (Salted Cod Roe) is a salted roe food made from Alaska pollock.
Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications checks the prices of tarako monthly. The following figure shows the changes in the price indexes of tarako from 1970 to 2014, if the price in 2010 is taken as 100.
