Population of Taiwanese People in Japan, 2014

36,965 of Taiwanese people are living in Japan as of 2014 June. One third of them are living in Tokyo. The population rate of Taiwanese is relatively high in Okinawa, comparing to Korean and mainland Chinese. Okinawa and Taiwan are geographically close.

The population rate is high in the red prefecture, low in blue prefectures.
