Job Opening-To-Application Ratio in Japan, 2014 July
Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare reports the job opening-to-application ratio every month. The job opening-to-application ratio expresses the relationship between job seekers and employers. The formula is employers/(job seekers).
- If there are one seeker and one employer in the market, the ratio is 1.0.
- If there are two seekers and only one employer in the market, the ratio is 0.5. The employer has the advantage.
- If there are one seeker and two employers in the market, the ratio is 2.0. The seeker has the advantage.
The following shows the job opening-to-application ratio in July 2014. There are a lot of job opportunities in the security field and construction field. You can get a job right now, if you do not mind the conditions.
