- Age 67: Population is small, because of World War II.
- Age 64-66: Postwar baby-boom generation
- Age 47: Population is small, because of "Hinoe-Uma (Fire Horse) superstition". Please see the detail explanation under the table.

Hinoe-Uma (Fire Horse) superstition
In Japan, there is an ethnic 60 year calendar (sexagenary cycle). It is combined with 12 animals and 5 elements. Its 43rd combination is Fire-Horse.
There is a superstition that says, a woman born in a Fire-Horse year brings bad fortune to her husband.
