Who Purchased Beef Most? (Purchased Beef Meat by City in Japan)

In Japan, beef meat is more expensive than pork. According to a survey conducted by the government, people in the western Japan buy beef much. 

The following shows the yearly purchased volume of beef by city in Japan. It is the average figure from 2011 to 2013. The survey was conducted by the Japanese government and target people were families which consist of more than two members. So this data does not include single households.
