Parking lot for bicycle = 300 yen ($3.03 €2.24) per month

My family has three bicycles and parks them at the flat's parking lot we live. (I do not have a car.) It is necessary to pay 300 yen ($3.03 €2.24) each month to the flat union to borrow the space to park the bicycle. We have three bicycles, so 900 yen is monthly payment. Annually I have to pay 900 times 12 = 10,800 yen ($109.09 € 80.60). 

The flat union gave us seals to identify authorized users of the parking lot. We have to put the seals on every bicycle which uses the parking lot.
