Electric fan = 1990 yen ($19.90 €15.31)

I bought an electric fan for 1990 yen ($19.90 €15.31) at Seiyu. I already have 2 fans in my house. It is the 3rd fan. My wife bought the oldest fan more than 20 ago, it does not work well recently. My son keeps the second fan all to himself. It is almost his personal fan.

1990 yen fan is a cheap model. High quality model costs 5900 yen ($59.00 €45.38). My fan consumes approximately 240 yen of electric fee per month. But the high quality model consumes only 15 yen of electric fee per month.
