My son bought a neck cooler for 598 yen ($5.98 €4.60) at Aeon. It makes one's neck cooler. 

How to use it;

1. soak it in water

2. wrap it on the neck

3. Vaporization heat is taken away from the neck. The temperature of the neck is going down.

My son says it works.

73-years-old man stabbed his 66-years-old sister-in-law in a parking lot. The woman got an injury on her neck. The high school boy walking near the parking lot heard her screaming and tried to rescue her. He tackled to the suspect and captured him.
