I pay administrative maintenance fee of my room in the flat every month. It costs 18,840 yen ($188.40 €144.92). Residents formed a residents' association, assigned an agency for maintenance. The agency hires one administrative person. She maintenances common space. She works from Monday to Friday, does not come on weekends.

In some flats, the administrative person lives in one room in the flat.

Some residents do not pay the fee due to their economical reason. They may be going to be sued in the future, if they do not pay the fee.
