Real estate tax = 106,300 yen ($1,073.74 €817.69)

Every year I have to pay real estate tax (property tax). This year it was 106,300 yen ($1,073.74 €817.69). Every year the authority evaluates the value of our properties, then determines amount of tax. So amount is changeable. Installment payment is available. In case of installment payment, a tax payer has to pay it in four installments. I paid the whole amount of tax through a post office.
