Recently many coin parking lots are opened in Tokyo. Parking charge is 200 yen ($2.13 €1.64) per 30 minutes.

Generally, these coin parking lots are narrow. Only 1 - 8 cars can park.  

That parking lot does not have a human bill collector and users put coins into a payment machine by themselves. Some bad guy does not pay fee or steels money from the payment machine.
