Disaster Prevention handbook = 0 yen ($0.00 €0.00)

Disaster Prevention handbook was dropped into my post yesterday. That free handbook is delivered by the local city official. The book describes an earthquake simulation, countermeasure against tsunami, fire prevention, first aid, countermeasure against flood/storm, disaster prevention policy of the city, and references.

This sign indicates this place's sea level. In this case, this place is 2.1 m height above sea level. When tsunami is coming, we have to run from the sea and escape to a place as high as possible. 

At 2011’s earthquake, tsunami reached to 4th floor. One of the shelter was three-story building and most of poeple who escaped to the shelter disappeared into tsunami
